Four Healing Essentials 101

A free introduction to supporting yourself during healing

Four Healing Essentials 101 is a gentle introductory course for anyone who would like a simple starting point. It offers calm, reassuring guidance on understanding what may be happening, reducing fear, meeting the present moment, creating inner safety through self-kindness, and taking small, steady steps.

This course is ideal if you are new to this approach, feeling overwhelmed, or not yet ready for the full MASA® Program.

Prescribed Drug Injury Coaching Course

Training for those supporting others through prescribed drug injury and healing

This course is designed for coaches, practitioners, and supporters who want to understand how to offer safe, ethical, compassionate, and informed support to people affected by prescribed drug injury and withdrawal.

It covers key principles including trauma-informed practice, boundaries, safeguarding, coaching skills, mindfulness-based support, ethical considerations, and the importance of working safely within scope.

Why These Courses Were Created

Healing from prescribed drug injury, withdrawal, or chronic nervous system distress can feel frightening, isolating, and difficult to explain. Many people are left feeling misunderstood, dismissed, or unsure how best to support themselves.

These courses were created to offer a calm and compassionate way forward. They do not ask you to force positivity, deny your suffering, or push yourself beyond your limits. Instead, they offer practical ways to meet your experience with more awareness, groundedness, kindness, and appropriate action.

Learn in Your Own Time

All courses are self-paced, so you can move through the lessons gently and return to them as often as you need. You do not need to feel calm, confident, positive, or fully functional before beginning.

You are welcome to start exactly where you are.
